Digital Products All digital purchases — including PDF courses, MP3 albums, audiobooks, and bonus content — are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. If you experience technical difficulties accessing your purchase please contact us at qalbrising@gmail.com and we will resolve it promptly.

Physical Products Physical items — including CDs, wire-bound course booklets, and vinyl pressings — may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unopened and undamaged. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. To initiate a return please contact qalbrising@gmail.com.
